We are booking 2 rooms at PC with the dream 5+2 package and thinking of combining both $25 Planet Hollywood vouchers for one big meal (there will be 6 total in our party). My question is, can this be done or do we have to use the voucher one visit at a time?

Thanks. :earsgirl:

I would call ahead and ask, or ask when you get there, but be aware that your service will likely be cruddy there if you let them know ahead of time you have a voucher.

When we went, our waiter was very unhelpful once we presented our voucher... I can't even tell you how rude they were. I'm not the only one who's had the same exp there. My best advice would be to call and speak with a manager ahead of time (get name), then don't mention it again until your check it presented. If your waiter refuses them both, then you can present your conversation with the manager and ask to speak with him.

My exp there has not been good... they have not been flexible in the past, or kind to those using GC's or vouchers... so I would not expect them to okay it, but check ahead of time to make sure. That's my best advice =) Good luck!

How do you get PH gift certificates? Is this a new promotion for booking the package?

I was there in June with my in-laws, and we both got PH $25 GC. We decided to go and combine our GCs and had no problem. Of course even with the the GCs our bill was $70 (for 4 people). The waiter was very nice and didn't make us do separate checks either.

We ate there last week for lunch with one $25 voucher for our party of three and mentioned it to the hostess that sat us. She told us to show it to our server. The server was accompanied by a trainee and both were quite friendly and offered us quick refills on our drinks and took time to go over the menu. The food was just average or below - my DS barely touched the Cap'n Crunch chicken (it's not as kid friendly as it sounds), the Mexican burger I ordered was okay, and my wife had the Chicken Penne and Broccoli which she said was fine. The salad I ordered arrived only seconds before the meal so I actually ate my burger while it was hot and then went back and picked at the salad. No mention was ever made of the voucher until the check was brought and the waitress asked if I had a voucher or coupon and gladly accepted it. After tax & tip our bill was still in excess of $50 for two adults and a child but only a little over $25 came directly out of my pocket. We never would have went in at all if it weren't for the voucher and they didn't seem to have a problem with it. However, I don't think I would go back. I'd use the voucher for mini golf!:teeth:

We had a great experience at Planet Hollywood a couple of years ago & we had a Hamburger Meal Voucher for 4 complimentary dinners thru AAA.....Our waitress said we didn't even have to have burgers so we got chicken fingers & other things I can't remember.....very good food & a fun time was had by all!!!!
