Can someone please tell me if it is a Disney Dining Plan restaurant? I checked the dining on here and it said it was, but I just want to make sure before I make reservations for my sil! Thanks so much

Yes. On the dining plan. Disney's web site has a separate brochure for each dining plan version.... it will list all the restaurants.

If you're talking about 2012, it's not on the list yet, and probably won't be until the end of December. But it's always been on the plan otherwise.
