Plan sorted (for now) help with when to plan ADR for beaches and cream?

Ok, new question. Based on the plan below, when would you plan an ADR for lunch at beached and cream? Or would you recommend to go for dinner instead?
I thought it was near MK but have been told it's nearer Epcot and HS. So, lunch on Fri 29th or Sat 6th? TIA


Weds 27th July - arrive, check in, dinner, pool, chill
Thurs 28th - MK
Fri 29th - Epcot
Sat 30th - Hollywood Studios
Sun 31st - Typhoon lagoon until 2ish, then rest
Mon 1st - IOA
Tues 2nd - IOA (if needed, rest when done)
Weds 3rd - Blizzard Beach until 2ish, then rest, possibly springs in evening
Thurs 4th - MK half day if needed
Fri 5th - AK, closes early, so early night
Sat 6th - Epcot/Hollywood studios if needed
Sun 7th - Typhoon Lagoon until 2ish, then rest
Mon 8th - Universal Studios
Tues 9th - Universal Studios if needed
Weds 10th - depart

In your title it mentions help for when to make an adr for beaches n cream... I would put it in for an Epcot day, perhaps midday lunch to take a break from the park. Its only a 5-10minute walk through the International Gateway entrance/exit between France and UK showcases so it wouldn't be a big detour.
It is a big big schedule, but I can understand trying to make the most out of a trip that may not happen again. Just have fun and go with how your feeling at the moment. Be open to having to change things and I think you'll have a great trip!
