Okay. Still can't seem to find how to modify once I purchased. Will keep looking.

*Edited to add I can see how to modify the day and park but not how to keep the same park and just change times.

I was also curious as to what happens if you don't use the first booked lightning lane. Are you able to book another one when that time expires?

Yes it's shocking that you can't get a refund where are the consumer's laws??? It made sense with genie+ because you were buying it the day of, but we are buying this two weeks in advance, what if there is an hurricane what if one gets sick etc....

I mean look at non refundable hotel bookings? Something tells me if there's a hurricane and the parks have to close you'll get a refund... and as for being sick... everything I've read that most CMs are reasonable especially if it is unused.

(I believe) The main reason they have to make it non refundable is so that people don't book up everything and then cancel as they get closer if they decide they don't need it because a lot of people would buy it and then cancel after seeing how much is available the day before or day off. Also $$$ cause it's Disney....

Please remember, many found G+ not to be worth the cost at Epcot and AK. It may very well may be the same with LLMP. Just because you can purchase it does not necessarily make it worth the price if what you’re paying.

I’m surprised by the number of people purchasing for every day if they trip and adding hundreds of dollars in one quick go.

Our plan is to buy it for everyday of trip outside arrival and departure days. In the grand scheme for us, won't be a ton more money and I'd rather have it and not need than not have it and need it.

Does anyone know how to modify a multipass for the number of people it is reserved for? I know how to modify times, but I booked one of my passes for all four members of our group and only two want to ride. I am wanting to book a different ride for two of the people....

I just did this. Go through the modification process. It will appear you are modifying for everyone. However, the very last step is "who is this modification for". I saw my list of names. Oddly there was a blue oval button in the upper right above the names but there was nothing in it. I clicked it and was then able to select the people that the modification was for. Personally, I think selecting who the change is for should have been in the first step but here we are!

no, you just purchase your starting park

This is true. I break apart my Genie and ILL in my budgeting spreadsheet so it seems less ridiculous, (I know it has a new name now, I don't know it yet lol), but when I saw $560 for one day I was like

You purchase for the first park in which you plan to use LL. For example, if you are starting in AK and plan to use LL there and are hopping to HS, buy the AK multipass. Once you tap into your first LL at AK, you can select a LL for HS. If you are starting in AK and don't plan on using LL in AK and are hopping to HS where you will use LL, then you'd buy the HS multipass.

They don't play here as the restrictions were disclosed to you before your purchase.

However with Disney there will be exceptions for situations where the Parks may need to close. In your example a Hurricane Warning is issued. Is a clear exception but a sickness or change of plans may not get you a refund.

Ok, confession. I was not looking forward to this change and was super stressed about it. I was checking for it to come on line throughout the night and when it opened at 6:59 am, I was able to breeze through in 7 minutes. Purchasing all at once was a lot for me to wrap my head around (the initial sticker shock), but now, almost an hour later, I am so happy that this planning is DONE. I can let my family know where we are going and when and nothing will be a big surprise day of. I do not need to get up early during our trip to frantically make selections, as I did that already, once, this morning. We got every ride we wanted and anything else is gravy at this point. Overall kudos to Disney for a smooth, albeit pricey, process.

My DIL and son just did our reservations for all the parks. They got everything we wanted and she bought all LLs because DH and I are old…lol. Only one problem, she has to call guest services because she put myself and DH on Tower of Terror which we don’t do anymore. Hopefully they will remove us from LL. Otherwise, she said everything went smoothly.

If you can only get 3 LLs in the evening, you have to assume that's all you'll get for your $$ that day. That's kinda pricey, right? Almost $10 per LL for things like TSM or HM? I'm not crazy about that pricing, but my days of rope dropping are over. Hmm

Yes after your experience window expires you are able to make a new one and Tiers are gone. It is always up to 3 rolling cycle.

If you don't tap in, the booking will expire at the end of the stated return-time window, and you can then book something else (includng a tier 1 if that's still available).

First ones out the gate, there are eggs all over the place, the people 40 feet back are only going to find 1/2 the eggs laying around. Soon, people will need to really look for the rides they want.

Once more people start to figure out how to use it, it may not be so easy peasy.

I think the app and the process are surprisingly smooth.

What I am not liking so much at this early stage is things like Haunted Mansion already being unavailable. That was NOT happening this early in the day with Genie+, IIRC.

Still, it may be the first day rush and things will settle out over the coming weeks.
