Plan Ahead with Lightning Lane Entry at Walt Disney World Starting July 24

Has anyone else had the "We were unable to find your guests" error? I havent been able to book anything since launch because of this bug. Disney CS was clueless as to why the app is doing this (on their end everything looks fine) so my only option is to call in to have them book stuff when i need them to which clearly is not a great option lol. I have updated the app, reinstalled, they reset my acct, etc... all the usual techy fix stuff and nothing works. Hoping someone here has had luck fixing this?

You can go to the purchase screen but when I go to purchase a day it says "We were unable to find your guests."
Does this happen to anyone else?
Did this get fixed for you? I had that error all day today so im unable to book anything. Disney was clueless as to why it was happening.

I can get to the same point and then get the Something Went Wrong - We were unable to find your Guests. Please try again.

With a "Refresh" button at the bottom.

Dave
Did this persist for you? I'm still having this issue...

I can’t find the answer to this question. After I use my first selection and for instance it’s a tier 2 can I book another tier 1 ? At the same park I already hold a tier 1?

Can I book a tier 1 at another park I’m hopping too … while still holding a tier 1 at current park?

Yes. The limitation day of is just availability.

So am I able to pick Magic Kindom multi pass (pick my selections) but do early entry to Animal Kingdom to ride Flight of Passage?

Have any International visitors succeeded in booking LLMP from outside US by turning off Location Services on their iPhone?

A couple of UK people have reported success with this on certain models of iPhone, but the vast majority (and all Android folks) report seeing the "Location cannot be determined or the Guest is not in the United States" message.

The working solution is to use a GPS Spoofing app, which seems to work perfectly and very easily on Android devices, but on iPhones you need to be cable-connected to a second device (e.g. a computer) to provide the fake location data. Or use the BlueStacks program on a computer, which is an Android emulator meaning you don't have to use a phone at all (make sure you set it for Android 11 emulation, as MDE no longer supports Android 9 or below).

When I turned off Location Services on my iPhone12, I got access to the LLMP section of the app. I just didn't have a trip planned and tickets booked to allow me to test the actual purchase. Would an International visitor with an upcoming trip let us know if that makes any difference?

Consumer protection laws isn't some all-encompassing blanket thing, just because you don't like the terms and conditions of something does not mean it's at all applicable to that. It's also not considering the slew of non-refundable items people have been purchasing for years at Disney. This is not the first time people have had to book something that lists non-refundable.

When there is a hurricane Disney has a hurricane policy they will use. A hurricane 1 week out vs a hurricane 2 days out means two different things to Disney. It's Disney decision when they activate the policy but one does exist. We were there during Irma and trust me they took care of people. As far as people getting sick that's part of trips and is not going to be uniformly applied to people. That is a case by case basis and no where near the amount of people who do actually get sick even think to get a refund because again it's part of a trip.
I appreciate that and I'm glad to hear about Disney Hurricane Policy, which reasures me quite a bit, however we might be coming from two different places. For this perk we will be spending over $3000, it's no small amount what if the family comes down with COVID or Influenza and was out of action? Sure we do have travel insurance but I still believe that when the item you purchase is of such a high amount the vendor should still hold some responsibility.

yesterday I used first 3 in animal kingdom and then hopped to Epcot at night. Once I tapped into my first one I got my 4th one at Epcot. We weren’t looking for headliners but I saw frozen was only available late times when I went to book at 10ish.

spaceship earth first available was 5:45pm. I used my initial 2nd one around 10:30–11, frozen was gone. But when we got to Epcot almost at 4, spaceship earth was literally walk on. I don’t what their numbers of passes are, but it seems to be very limited. No one was using the LL side and yet no passes available at all?

I saw a few others said already but magic kingdom availability is terrible. Nothing available at all in the evenings. Dumbo was the only thing available to select for me. Crazy! Even modifying my preselects seem to be very limited.

I was looking for availability for 4.

I won't get sucked into Disney's price gouging features. I'd maybe pay $2 to cover the cost of the IT and set up, but not the other $27 to stuff in their pockets.

I'd love it if everyone paid for LLMP at Animal Kingdom then rope dropped, rode and immediately started booking MK rides and hopped over there to save $9.

Do what you need to do, but $9 is not big enough for me to deal with the inconvenience you suggested. $900 maybe.

Because I have members of my friends/family arriving after us. We arrive Tuesday, they arrive Wednesday. If i'm able to book rides earlier for us on Thursday because we arrive earlier, i wanted to see if I could modify my already made reservation to add rest of party when they are eligible to book.

That's why.
That wouldn't be fair for the people who don't have friends/family arriving earlier.

Checking tip boards for all the parks this AM.

Looks like all ILLP are gone and lots more Tier 1 and 2 already gone as well across all parks. I did see some good options but not all the priorities we are hoping for. I’m trying to stay positive but really discouraged by this. Our first trip ever at the end of August.

Remember if you are staying on-site, you will get 7-days advance booking window (3-days if not staying on-site) and you can then book for the rest of your stay too. So try seeing what's available 7-10 days out, not just for today. Also it's early days, let the system bed in for a week or two so we're not dealing with everyone who jumped on it yesterday.

I had the same initial thoughts, but if your imagining waking up the morning of a future trip and seeing this availability…. This is the availability AFTER you booked your attractions 3-7 days prior and after everyone else is done booking them too. Very few people will be booking morning of each day

Is there a way to see future day tip boards?
