Placeholder stateroom credit

Does anyone know if Disney have stopped this now? I remember reading about it a while ago but didn't know if it was a rumour?

Not a rumor, they stopped it basically immediately when they announced it. (Those on cruises at the time were able to get it, but none of the cruises that left after the announcements did.) I booked a placeholder in October, and was definitely told it would only be the 10% discount, no OBC.

They still offer OBC if booking Concierge with a placeholder, but not on regular bookings, like PP said.

Just to clarify, if you already had a place holder with an OBC on a cruise before the change, you will still get the credit for that previously existing place holder. You just won't get it on the ones you buy now.

They stopped it just before the end of September. I was on the 9/25 Bermuda cruise and booked onboard and was apparently the last Magic cruise that qualified.
