Every terminal has something -- Nathans, Burger King, etc -- that will be open for early flights. You probably won't find a "sit-down" place, but there will be fast food available.
If you're a bagel or muffin person, there's usually a Starbucks-like vendor as well, in each concorse, that does coffee drinks, pastries, scones, bagels, etc.
