I have seen several mothers wearing the pj's, walking their child/ren to their class at my DD's school. Do you do this? I don't.

I'd be feeling  if I ever did that...but if I did I'd at least wear a robe.

Ummm....No. Not a chance. But I do have wet hair when I walk her to the bus stop.

regualar normal pj's? Alot of women I know where those boxer type pj bottoms with a t-shirt. They wear them around running errands, etc. I don't think it looks bad. They wear bras and shoes, not slippers though.

I've seen teens wearing pj's but don't tell me that mothers are doing the same!

Yes, they are several at my DD's school that do this. And no, it isn't lounge wear. There is one mother who does this everyday. At first I thought maybe she worked the night shift or something, but she is a hairdresser :rotfl2: She usually has on her pj's and house shoes and her hair is all wild :rotfl2: She is one of the nicest women I know, but it is like a before and after picture when you see her made up.

Never. BUt I threaten my kids with it all the time in order to get them to the bus stop on time. :rotfl:

I feel bad enough if I have to wear a ponytail and sweatpants.

I voted NO WAY!!! :earseek:

IMO, one should not leave the house in PJ's ever! NEVER get in the car and drive somewhere!! :earseek: :earseek: :earseek:

I don't walk DS into school, so I wear pajama's in the car and drop him at the door. If I think we are running late and I may have to get out of the car then I change.

A rule I stand by: If you are old enough to tie your shoes, you are old enough to dress yourself, properly.

It's not difficult to throw on a ratty pair of jeans, a t-shirt and flip-flops. That's what I brought dd to school in today. I would never leave the house in my pj's.

If you are just dropping of your child and staying in the car with your coat covering it up, it's not too bad. But to wear PJ's in to your child's school, that is just the epitome of laziness!

If I tried doing that, I can guarantee you that I'd get a flat tire and have to get out of the car!

I haven't. I live in a small town and believe me if I did it would be all over town before the end of the day. I have seen other moms driving with their pajamas and nightgowns on to drop off the kids, but they weren't walking them into the school.

I don't have kids in school, but I still voted no. There is nothing on earth that could make me wear jammies into a public building.

No way. Does it really take that long to put on a pair of pants? :confused3

That is my thoughts exactly. And it is against dress code for students to wear pj's, so I think it should apply to parents.

No way. I might skip my shower if I woke up late - but I would never go anywhere in my pajamas. It only takes a couple of minutes to throw on some clothes. How lazy can you be?
