We live 6miles from our's and feel like I'm cheaping out only givving a $3 tip.

I usually avoid the issue by picking my pizza up myself. I wonder if the amount is regional, like so many things. I would never think to tip $5 for a $12 pizza.

Don't feel like a heel. I tip about $3.00 on a $30 plus order. There is a delivery charge in there and they definitely are paid minimum wage and are paid mileage.

I usually tip 15%. I tend to order online and one site I use frequently has an automated calculator for tipping on your debit/credit card. The only pizza place I order from that doesn't do online ordering usually gets around 18% because I love them so much and their pizza is fantastic.
