I am so excited about this, but I can only imagine how mobbed it will be! I figure we'll get there super early one day and wait it out if need be. Both my cousin and I are absolute Tink lovers! I figure she'll stick it out with me if no one else will!

I can't wait to meet the fairies! Anyone know were exactly fairy Hollow is within toontown?

It is located inside the Hall of Fame. They evicted Mickey's pals who are now homeless and wandering the streets of the MK so that the Fairies could move in.

Really? Are the princesses gone now, too? Bummer. I was hoping this would be in addition to the Hall of fame. I was also hoping that "regular" Disney guests (nonDIS-ers) might not know about this yet, so maybe it woudln't be super crowded when I'm there in two weeks!

Ooh, being at rope drop at the train station sounds like a good idea, BUT, DD has hopes of riding the Barnstormer with Goofy, so I guess we will shoot for the Fantasyland rope. If we aren't Barnstorming, we will be making a beeline for the fairies.

Unfortunately for DD, this means a lot more people at rope drop I bet. Maybe her Goofy hat and Goofy shirt will stand out. The girl is in love!

Since the Disney Pals got moved out of Toontown, Goofy does not ride the barnstormer anymore.

There were no soft openings of Pixie Hollow today. Carpet was still being laid in the hallways.

I spoke to a cast member at Toon Town this week. There will be a soft opening on the 24th and the official opening on the 26th. The hours these first two days are going to be in question. They will be lining you up in the current princess line inside the tent. See you there!

I think Pixie Hollow will be busy for a LONG time! The best strategy is to be at Toon Town at Rope Drop and go STRAIGHT to the Character Hall of Fame when the rope is dropped.

Considering the time and expense Disney put into building Pixie Hollow and the fact that Tinkerbell has NEVER done meet and greets before,I would expect Pixie Hollow to be around for a LONG time.

If there is a "grand opening" ceremony, it will be on Sunday, when Pixie Hollow officially opens. Any time before that is considered soft opening, and the area may or may not be fully operational.
