My memory is already getting fuzzy on this, but I remember it taking at least ten days to two weeks for us to find out that we passed ROFR on our purchase recently. I had to call to find out also. That said, just try to breathe through this difficult waiting period.

Had to call to find out...but we passed! To all that sent PD...THANK YOU!!! In the end it probably wasn't that great of a deal but we're happy. Ended up getting 200 pts at VWL for 69 pp. Seller paid the closing cost plus the MF for 2004. No points left for 04 but nothing borrowed from 05. Works out well for us since we have no plans of visiting untill next year...but that may change now
