Double post.
My mom just left my room. She came in and wanted to talk. So, I start freaking out because I think either somebody's dying or she wants to have... a serious talk... Luckily, she just told me some FABULOUS news. WE'RE GOING TO DISNEY THIS SUMMER! We're either doing two rooms at Pop Century (there's five of us in my family- I'm so excited for two rooms!) and the Dining Plan or 1 room at the Polynesian, but no DP.
I honestly, could go either way. But I lovelovelove the Poly. But I think the Poly or 2 rooms at Pop would be enough room for our family for a week.
Well, my mom also wanted me to tell her about guys xD She goes "So who are your friends dating?" I'm like "Nobody, actually." She's like "How about your guys friends...?" and I'm like "Deven? The Hindu kid? He doesn't have a girlfriend xD" and she goes "What about Christian *last name*? I see you talk to him a lot on Facebook" (WHERE'S EIMEAR?! She knows who Christian is (; ) and I'm like "Uhm... no he doesn't have a girlfriend" and she goes "Is he the boy who all the girls like? He's cute" and I'm like "Haha... I dunno Mom"
Sweet! That's great you're going! I love Pop Century <3 I still hope we can go in June or July.
I love both POP and the Poly <3 I could honestly go either way! If you go in July, when would you go? We're going in July, towards the end.

Alright, I know I haven't been on lately, very busy with school but I need all your help. For my chorus class we are doing this individual song selection project, where we pick one song to sing as a solo (duet or triplet, if you do it with a group) and I've decided to go with all Disney songs and one non-disney song. Here are the six I'm indecisive about and some notes I've made about them:
1. I Just Can't Wait To Be King
I love this song and I think I can bring it down an octave or so and still make it sound good. My voice has a very similar tone as Simba's, so right now this is a top choice.
2. Losing My Religion
This is the non-Disney song I was talking about. I'm not entirely sure if I'll be able to sing this, but I'll see. I like the way I sound when I sing it and it is very modern and like I Just Can't Wait To Be King, it seems I'll be able to sing it easily and stay on pitch.
3. Under The Sea
Now, this is the last of the three I think would be the best for me. I think I could pull of a Jamaican accent and pull off the song. It is a fun song and though I'll probably sound way different from the original, it will still have that good vibe about it.
4. I'll Make A Man Out Of You
This I'm not so sure about. I sound very good singing this one and sometimes I don't. Like I Just Can't Wait To Be King, I have the same type of tone Donny Osmond uses in this song. I'm just not sure if its right for me totally.
5. Hellfire
Yes, I picked a villain song. Why not? And I picked the only song in Disney history to be even remotely too adult. I may be able to get away with it but I don't know. I'm not sure if I should do it, since Tony Jay is so much deeper than mine. It will sound very strange with me singing it. Though, I'm fine with the way it sounds sometimes. I'm just not sure.
6. Friends On The Other Side
This is another case similar to Hellfire, but I think I'd do this over Hellfire. Keith David's voice is much different, but I don't think there's a huge difference and it doesn't sound weird in a higher octave and range. I actually kinda like it.
So, what do you think? Which song should I do?
I hate, errr... highly dislike, Scotty. He really annoys me. My favorite is Paul, and I like James too.
