Can you refuse to sit in the front row on POTC? Don't want the chances of getting wet to much in early February.
 
Yes. You might have to wait a tiny bit longer (for the next boat).
 
Just tell the CM loading that you would prefer not to sit in the first row and you will wait for another boat if necessary.
 

We did this. The people who took our place got really wet :sad1:

(We didn't have to wait, they just directed us to stand in the next row loading zone)
 
Is it just the front row that gets wet? My daughter just hurt her foot and is in a walking boot, and I would rather it not get soaked.
 
The front row was the row I typically loaded first. So if a guest asked to not be in row 1, I'd just put them in row 2. Rarely did they have to wait. It's not necessarily the front, but the outside of the rows that gets the most wet. Sit in the middle to avoid maximum splash.
