Pirate themed activities, rides for DH?

My DH is a huge POTC fan. Just in case that POTC ride is closed during our visit, what other activities or shows would he enjoy? We will also be traveling with our teenage sons, so it needs to be something geared more to the older kid in all of us.

We would consider dinner shows off premises. Or Universal studios. Think outside Disney, if you must

Most, if not all, of the pirate-themed activities at WDW are geared toward the entire family, including younger children, so I don't know if they would be up your DH's alley? There's the Pirates & Pals fireworks cruise, Pirate's League, Pirates Adventure: Treasures of the Seven Seas game in MK and Capt. Jack Sparrow's pirate tutorial also in MK. Not really geared toward older kids but for all ages.

We loved Pirates and Pals and had four adults and a baby. It is a great way to watch the fireworks. Definitely check it out!
