Hey Peacefully,
Maybe my memory is faulty, but I thought that they had the new baseball room, bases and benches, and boys' uniform at the beginning of the month?
Not to mention the Predictometer. Maybe I am just remembering wrong.
Still I stand by my opinion that this month is tres boring so far.
However, we can say "Arrr" now! Woot!

Okay I know it's bad form to reply to my own post... but I was just thinking...
Maybe they are expecting US to make it a TRUE Pirates month by taking over VMK? Mutiny anyone?!!!

it would be interesting if we took over vmk (evil laugh), but......... that's definatly not disney spirited! thx for the laugh!

Actually I think all of that was towards the middle of the month. The Predictometer was given out just like the green pirate throne is being given out now, same with the Tiki Room Opens pin and the Pirates 1/5.

I definitely think it'll get more exciting in the next couple weeks. Though some of the pirate stuff might not be released until the ride is reopened next month, then they'll probably have a new park quest or something.

Add that to the list of how you know your addicted to VMK... You know a new month has started based on waiting for the new theme stuff..

I think Chase Visa (Home of the Disney Visa Card) should start to put codes in their bills that can be activated only the week your payment is due. Then nobody will every say they forgot to make their payment again!!

So I guess I'm not the only one who scours my Disney Visa bill for codes?!

Peacefully, I was curious about the whole last month's items thing, so I looked back through the boards... looks like (according to Dis posts) that the bases, benches, Baseball room and Predictometer were available on 5/8, and the boys' costume came out on the 16th. So technically, I guess VMK is not that far behind last month.

However, nothing is better in my mind than Everest Month, with three levels of YetiVision, the ice cubes, snow rugs, and Everest chairs, along with the pins and the costumes.

I hope Pirates Month changes my mind!! The sooner the better!!!

Somehow I don't think this qualifies as good news, so in which case, I hate to be the bearer of bad news. Lily said a little bit ago in the Host game that she has no information on when costumes will come out. Which leads me to believe it won't be soon. Don't Hosts usually know some information on that when an event/item is soon to be released? Such as how I think it was either Hula or Phinny said watch the newsletter for info on the "red" baseball costumes.
