I received my package yesterday from Ms. Snow (sorry, I do not know your Dis name and there was no note inside, lol!).

I found:

I got my exchange from Jenna45 today!

I got a great pirate/skull & cross bones refrigerator magnet, a bottle of Fra Diavlo BBQ sauce---means very spicy!!! (it qualifies because it has a picture of a pirate on the label)
and a cool DVD called "the Real Pirates of the Caribbean".

In her note she said she had a hard time finding stuff, but I think she did a great job! thanks Jenna!

But, I thought that was all useful pirate stuff and I actually got the video for us to , I thought it looked cool...

I use those sauces all the time, and when I was stuggling to finish it off it came to me so off to Stop and Shop I went

I definately understand having a hard time finding pirate items while shopping. I had the same problem. It seems like just yesterday the stores were flooded with pirate and POTC items, but not anymore. The pirates must have plundered it all!!

I know and I even tried a couple of closeout places, it was a tough exchange going this time for me... I hope you enjoy it all, the movie is alot of fun we learned alot watching it, it was cool getting a little bit of actual pirate history.. Funny thing was that was out front at Target, with a bunch of other history related stuff....

Well, I am upset, but I do not know yet who to be upset with for the situation...
I have been waiting on some merchandise I ordered off the internet from a company I shop with often. They had some issues with their online shopping cart so I was communicating with them via email ( the employee was very very helpful ) to place my order. I had them ship it Priority mail to me almost 2 weeks ago, and I have not received it yet!
I have placed a phone call to the company and left a voice mail for the employee I was working with, but it is not fair to keep SBPuckett waiting any longer.
I am shipping your package out via UPS 2 day air tomorrow morning, Shannon!
I apologize for the delay, and I sincerely hope you will still find the things I picked out for you worth the wait...if the things I am waiting on from Pirate Mod show up, I will of course forward them on to you!

Please don't send it the expensive route That's far too expensive. I'm a pretty patient person so it's no big deal waiting. I'm not at all upset but I am sorry for all your trouble. A very similar thing happened to me on my first exchange and it really bothered me that she had to wait nearly a month Take care

Everything was packed inside a treasure chest which I will use somewhere in our new house... 3 YC car fresheners (nope, don't seem to be allergic, a seashell candle holder, a message in a bottle (too cute), a pop up post it dispenser seashell themed, an AHOY scrapbook embellishment, a battery powered tealight, extra batteries for the tealight, 2pk miracle bubbles (my boys will love this), spiral bound index cards, 2 pks Pirates gummies, 2 pk post its (one with a P for Pirates and one with an S for Shannon - guess the P could be for my last name as well...), 4 pk POTC Pocketmodel games (haven't had a chance to open these and check em out yet), POTC temp tattoos, 1pk larger post it notes, 4pk mini sharpies that fit on a key chain, 2 POTC eye patches, and a pk of colorful pens...
