Pirate Cruise closure dates

We're planning two trips - one in October and another in December. I would like the kids to be able to go on the Pirate Cruise, but was told its on rehab when we're there in October (rehab Oct 14-31).

Then I was told this is a seasonal event...

Does anyone know if the Pirate Cruise normally operates in December? Our trip will be Dec 15-22.

Are you refering to the Pirate Treasure Cruise that leaves from the GF marina? If so, I'm not sure about Dec. but my kids went on it the first week of Feb. Not sure why it would be under "rehab"?

Wow! I have the Pirate Cruise scheduled for October 3rd. Must have got in right before the rehab.

I will have to give Reservations another call and see if I get a different or better story about the Pirate Cruise this time. And then, keep my fingers crossed!

It is an all too sad reality that if you don't like the first answer from Disney, the best course of action is to call again - you're likely to get a different answer!
