Pins on the Plane

I wanted to take a couple of my pins with my on the plane so that i have some when we go to the magic kingdom that day as my luggage will be taken to the resort because we are using magical express. Anyway will it be okay, the pins will be on my carryon bag which is my backpack.. We are flying delta and leaving out of la guardia in ny. Thanks. As a side note i have a bunch of 2 dollar bills and was wondering if there would be anyproblem with me using them at the stores in the world

I have flown a lot with my pins and I have never had any problems taking them on the plane in my carryon bag. Sometimes when going threw security they have been searched and other times they have not been searched.
