PINs galore!!! but - problem! PLEASE HELP!

my mother told me to check her spam box for her today and what do i find? THREE DIFFERENT PIN CODES!!!!!

there is one expired for free dining for last spring. there is a current one for free dining for april - august. however, the one that i've been yearning for is in there, too - but.. expired! it's the one for 35-40% off room rates and the included dates have the ones i would need for this december!!!!

do you think i could call, explain that we weren't able to see it until now, and they'd let me book? i would kill for this to work out!!! has anyone had any experience with this??

they will not let you book with an expired code. I don't think they will believe the "couldn't see it until now" excuse because,well... it is a lie. Keep checking for offers for Dec. though because I would bet something might come your way either by PIN or GP code. Good luck!

i called twice and they did say no i don't really have access to my mom's e-mail.. i can't believe she wouldn't check her spam box! even if the one we have now extended to december, that would be perfect, but it ends in august

She needs to add Disney Destinations to her "safe senders" or "contacts" list. You should help her do that so she won't miss those emails in the future. Sorry for your frustration, I understand.
