Pinnacle Studio 21 Ultimate HELP!

Hello!!!
I have Pinnacle Studio 21 Ultimate Video Editor, and need help. I know there's ever a slight chance that someone here on disboards will know, but hey, doesn't hurt to ask right?

I'm having difficulties adjusting the sound volume of the video there's no button to grab the sound line to drag it up (or down).

I used to have patience for this stuff but after 20 minutes of trying to figure out how I decided that i'll ask online.

Please help if you can....

After you put clip onto timeline, open the editor panel and select channel mixer. From there you can adjust audio gain or just click normalize.
