pin questions

Hi.. can you tell me how many pins a 4 yr old usually would trade in a day? And also.. has anyone had a good experience with mousepinsonline lately... have you been able to trade the pins with no problems... I just want to make sure.. thanks.

We used Mousepins in December with zero problems.... not one comment or sneer. As far as the amount of pins, I think that would be impossible to guess. It would depend on if your child is shy or outgoing etc. and would really be mostly limited by how many you are willing to supply. No matter how many we bring each visit, it is never enough. My DD was 7 on our last trip and traded 10-15 pins per day if that helps at all. Pin trading is really one of her favorite parts of each trip and she can't wait until she can get back at it in August.

We had problems with the propins last trip. I wouldn't take them again. This was the end of January/beginning of Feb. Per the number, we try to take at least 5 a day that we are willing to trade. This usually means culling each evening!

My nephew only takes the pins that he is willing to trade into the parks. Every night when we get back to the hotel my nephew takes the pins that he will not trade off his linyard. As his linyard emptys we buy more.....he usually does not keep more then 5 or 6 pins on the linyard at a time at $6-$10 a pin I don't want him losing them.

We only take 'traders' with us to the parks. DD puts some on her lanyard each day and at night we remove the 'keepers' and put on more 'traders' for the next day. As for how many...... there have been days when she traded just a few and days when she wanted to go back to the hotel room for more. LOL. She probably averages about a dozen trades on most days if that helps.......
