Hooks Barbery and Untangled appointments

First time Disney Cruisers here...
I was wondering if it was possible to schedule appointments for my son and me at Hook's and a pedicure for my wife and daughter at Untangled at the same time... Is this something I can book before sailing or do I have to wait to be onboard. We are staying Concierge if that makes a difference.

You book it when your activities booking window opens. Since you are concierge you would specify you wanted appointments at hooks and untangled on the same day and time and give them what sailing day you prefer. I booked haircuts at hooks for my husband and son but they are one right after the other as they didn’t have two time slots available together. We are platinum so there was decent availability for times when our booking window opened.
