Pin offer out..covers dates thru 2009

My Update..........

Well I just got off the phone with Disney Reservations and here is what I learned with regards to my pin code.

Second, this does included theme park tickets and dining plan if you wish.

We did have to leave a 1 nights deposit which he didn't charge me yet due to the "glitch" and have up till 6 nights prior to arriving to cancel with no penalty. That there alone is a great feature to this code thing.

So there ya have it! Any other questions, let me know and I'll see if I can answer them...except I believe I've already told you everything I know :lmao:

Congrats on your booking! I just wanted to clarify, as I also got the 40% PIN code, that the 40% applies ONLY to the room, but you may add on dining (at regular cost) and park tickets right? Just wanted to be sure.

When booking a room with dining and tickets, this is considered a package. But using the PIN code only required you to pay for first night's room as you would in a room only reservation?? You pay the balance of room, dining and tickets 6 nights before arriving?

I am waiting until we get a US$ Visa card to make my ressie, especially with the horrid exchange rate we have now. Hopefully we will still have availability when we call! Thanks for any help you can provide.

errr....let me get back to you, the way he put it (the CM) is that I would receive 40% off the entire package, but you could be correct. I will find out and let you know.

Congratulations to all who received a code so far! Hoping for one myself! We used a 40% code this year, and free dining the year before that..could really use a deal for next year especially since it looks like it would cover the dates we want for August/September!

Well, I'm the one in the family that signs up for everything, puts my e-mail address wherever I can, and it was my mom (different address and different e-mail) who got the code, earlier in the spring, which we used to book our upcoming trip in November, and now last week she gets another e-mail pin code!!! Talk about a horshoe you-know-where!!!

So, now I'm trying to put together yet another trip for the end of Oct 2009, but the dates are just slightly different than what I wanted, especially because I'm trying to get down for the "birthday" promo thing. Will keep working on my schedule....

Just got a 40% off e-mail! We had our first trip to the world this past April and are desperately wanting to go again. This might be the ticket to talking DH into going next year:yay:

Are the current 40% off codes still mainly being received by Canadian residents? or are their US residents receiving them too? Just curious!

in my best joker impersonation...and here we...go!

UPDATE! Okay as suspected, they were incorrect and it's NOT a FLA Code it is MY pin and there is a glitch in their computers that they've been trying to fix in their system. So those of you waiting for a code, they're diligently working on it and it should be hopefully fixed in the next 48 hours if not then they have permission to manually put the codes in. So to recap, NO I did NOT receive a Fla code it belongs to me and only me and I live in MA. I believe it's for room only though but I can add the package (as someone pointed out to me in another thread) But I am going to Disney World!!! umm..in a year, lol :cloud9: Whew

Thanks all!! :hippie:

For the FL residents, when you book a pkg do you get the discountedFL resident park ticket prices or the regular ticket price?

Also, the 40% is off the room only correct? Even if a pkg is booked the discount is only on the room portion?

Thanks!

How do you get on the Disney Destinations Mailing list? Where can I sign up?
Thanks!

I have never once received a code and I am a FL resident. The code mentioned in the beginning of this thread would be perfect for me.

I just checked my email today at lunch time and there it was...the email pin for 40% off value resorts for a number of different dates in 2009. I am thinking we are going to Disney again in 2009...yeah!

My question is though....does anyone know if the 40% pin can be applied to moderate or deluxe resorts?

thanks folks!

I received a code for only 20% when my AAA Agent called Disney she was told there is no code pinned to my name. CM said some emails were sent before codes were linked to names. AAA said they will keep checking on a daily basis. Leave it to Disney to make something simple so complex

I received a 40 % off pin about a week ago. Im a dvc renter now but have paid FL RES rate and AP rate in the past. About 20 visits in all give or take a few. Checked some rates Saturday for Oct 09 F&W -BC BW POLY YC standard view around 200 Beans a night. Not bad I guess. My pin code virginity been popped! Yea Buddy!:)

humm???

My code says 20% for values. I just got it today.

DH is going to call, but are there 2 codes out one for 20% and one for 40%?
