PIN not working online

I received a PIN back in early Oct good for FD or 35% off for dates in 2013 that can be booked until 2/16. I went to price some things today and it says system unavailable. I went to book with a special offer directly on the site and it worked just fine. Anyone else having this issue?

That happened to me a few times since they upgraded the system. I just kept retrying it and refreshing and it eventually worked for me.

Can you use a pin code online? I can't find the place when making a reservation
