Pin codes under wrong name

So I went into my SPAM mail and found 2 pin codes, one from 2011 and one from 2012 sent to me but they are under a different last name. It says Kimoto family which is no where near my last name. So what happens if I recieve an OCt pin and it's again under the wrong families name.

CALL THEM!!!!!! I got an email to my correct address but with my ex-husband's name on it. I am now remarried and all of my Disney info is in my current name. I explained to them that it was the wrong name but all the correct contact info and they were able to honer the code. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!

Same thing has been happening to me. My mom went with me in 2008 to WDW and now I get pin codes ALL the time with her name in my email. I have called mutiple times to get that correct and my mom's name off my account (also updated all of my Disney accounts via web)- but that has yet to happen. So I guess I will wait until I get one that I want to use then call and explain the situation yet again but try to get the discount.
