So frustratingI called internationally to check if there were PIN codes associated with my name or my husband's name. In the past, I have lucked out with free dining. However, I've never received notification by e-mail. I always called in to check after seeing announcements here. Don't know if it's because I'm in Canada. ... Well I waited 35 min on hold and then got one of those frustrating CMs. She didn't know what a PIN code was. Kept saying she couldn't help me since she didn't know what I was asking for. It wouldn't be so bad if I wasn't calling international in the middle of the day! I hung up now I'm on hold again. ... Thing is I wanted to add requests to my original resort booking but she wouldn't even help me with that! Sorry just had to vent. I'm on hold again.
