PIN code AFTER booking?!?

I regularly receive Disney PIN code's via email. Pretty much every time Disney has a PIN offer out, I'll receive it.

Does anybody know the likelihood of receiving a new PIN even AFTER you've already booked a reservation using the current public discount offer? Has that ever happened to anybody?

I don't want to shoot myself in the foot by booking with the current public offer if a future PIN code will offer a better discount. Will Disney not send me the next PIN if it's a better deal than my current booking knowing that I would just call them to rebook with the better PIN offer?

The only time I've ever received a PIN happened to be when I already had a trip booked. I just called and applied the PIN code to my reservation & got the discount. Very easy!!

A pin code is an offer sent directly to you by Disney Destinations via email or snail mail. They are nontransferable discounts for certain time frames, and they are sent out randomly to people in Disney's system. As long as you have created an account on one of Disney's websites (Disneyworld.com, espn.com, etc.) you have a chance of getting one. If you look at the top of this forum, you will find "sticky threads" on discounts and their meanings. Each forum has a few sticky threads with great information. They answer a lot of basic questions pertaining to the forum they are in. to Disboards!
