Piglet's BIG Movie is released today - Me and DW (both 47) and youngest DD (18) want to see it - to save embarrassment when going without youngsters do we:

A/ Wear sunglasses to avoid being recognised.

B/ Try and stand near a group of youngsters and pretend we're with them!

C/ Wait until the last moment and sneak in at the back.

D/ Any other tactic that you can think of!

Thanks

Take pencils and pads and pretend to be the local press :teeth:

LOL! Do they have a late night showing :teeth: ??!!

I'd opt for going to see it in a different town so you don't bump into anyone you know, and if you do it's because they're doing the same thing.

No friends' little ones you could 'borrow'?

LOL

Go to the first showing on a Sunday morning. It is very quiet and not busy. It worked for DBF and me when we went to see the Rugrats in Paris movie.

We went to see it on Sunday, the 3:15 showing (with children :) ), and there were quite a few adults there without. I didn't think this strange, after all Winnie the Pooh and friends are for people of all ages! Its a great movie, so I say go and enjoy :p

This was the first time taking our 3 yr old to the movies and she has been pestering us non stop since to go back and see it again so guess what I'll be doing this weekend, Again ;)

Thanks for your replies - as you probably all guessed, I started this thread with "tongue-in-cheek" to try and liven these boards up a bit - there seems to be so few people posting nowadays.

I particularly liked the pretending to be local press suggestion though!

And yes we will be going to see it this weekend!
