Some resturants take your pictures before dinner, and "sell" them to you while your at dinner. IE= Chef Mickeys, I think Ohana is doing it now too. Maybe a few more.

Have they dropped this practice since the new photo thing? Do they pressure you to buy them? Do you just skip the taking of the picture all togther? (and how do you do that)?

2 years ago at chef Mickeys = I bought the WORSE pictures sis and I have ever taken, cause we had a small table for 2 in a very crowded section, and he kept holding them up saying " here are your great pictures, etc..." I was so embarressed by how BAD they where, I grab them so no one would see them, and he would move on. Then proceded to throw the out! I was shocked at how much they cost, idiot me, in hurrying > bought ALL of them.  Very expensive. 8x10 (2), wallets, 5x7's. I could not believe how many of these terrible :rotfl: pictures they printed.

Thanks, Mky :smickey:

I only bought one last time, that was of dd and Belle and I am so glad I did, it was beautiful. I just skip the others altogether. If I have them taken, I usually buy them, so I just say "no thanks".

When we went to CM in Oct, DS2 was asleep so they said to go up anytime during the meal but it was too late by the time he woke up.

That's just weird that he did that. :confused3 I've been to CM twice and each time they just come and put the pics in the middle of the table, tell you what you need to know and leave. No one has ever pressured me or embarassed me. Sorry this happened to you.
