Can someone point me in the right place to find some pictures of the cabins decortated for Christmas? I have seen the campgrounds, but would love to see some cabins. We are staying at a cabin in December and wanted to get an idea/inspiration on how folks usually decorate them.

I have searched the disboards and have done a google search and can't seem to find any. Thanks!!!

Much of what I've seen of cabin decorating has consisted of lights strung on railings, windows, etc. Maybe this will get the discussion started on things I've missed.

All I have seen also is lights on the railings on the deck. I'm sure there have been trees and more just no pictures posted.

If there are lights on the outside deck railings that must mean there is an outdoor plug... I wonder if it is on the deck somewhere?

Will you share what you are planning or is it going to be a surprise? You will post pictures won't you?

P.S. Can you tell I love everything about Christmas decorating?

Thanks everyone! I am familiar with the pictures of the cabins, but still hoping someone might point me to a few of the cabins at Christmas.

Hmmm... I love all things Christmas too and decorating. I have been thinking about what to do. We bought a small (6ft.) tree just to take with us when we go to Disney and take it each year. We decorate with colored lights, tinsel, and Disney ornaments. BUT we usually stay at POR.

I think the Christmas tree in the cabin will give it a very "homey" atmospere so am excited about that. But have been thinking about what else I could do to decorate the cabin for Christmas. We usually take stockings and hang them in our room (on the shelf with the knobs) and that is what Tinkerbell uses when she visits the room...

Any ideas or pictures would be appreciated. I would like to put lights on the deck too.
:santa:

Have you ever made a Mickey shaped wreath? I always made one to go on the door at the resort where we were staying near Christmas. You can wire ornaments on it or it is nice with just a bow. Sorry I don't have a picture.

I think CDNCruiser also has directions for a rope light Mickey somewhere.

BTW, I always think icicle lights look good on a deck rail.
