I love the Pictures you got of SSE. I can't believe there was a line! I can't wait to see the changes they made to the ride and then end. September can't get here fast enough!

That's awesome that you got to go on Soarin' with such a little wait. probably because it was so close to park closing? Either way, ! I love that ride! It's now my favorite at Epcot. And I agree with you on the wide que. I don't like it either because people tend to try and push their way forward.

The pizza at the food court looks yummy as always! Makes me want some right now. It doesn't help that I'm hungry though and didn't eat lunch

And bad tasting coke!? I would have a fit!!

Thanks but we won't get to spend the evening together since Chris has to work tonight . I'll be spending the evening cleaning the rest of my house and waiting on my out of town guests to arrive. We get to spend all weekend together though since our guests will be here till Sunday! We both took tomorrow off from work

Great updates. Sorry I fell behind. I ate in Mexico in July and I HATED it. I do love Mexican food so it was just a bummer. I cannot wait to see the updates of SE in April. I hope I like them. I have heard mixed reviews. I cannot wait to hear more.

Great update. it's just like being on my trip-lol. I enjoyed staying at music, it was fine with me! And I agree with the line on Soarin' being to wide. When people have no ropes to make things easy it all goes to heck! Thats when the NYer in me comes out on vacation!

I didn't like the quesadilla. It had no flavor AT all.

Okay, here's my (odd) question - did the quesadilla have basically just a tortilla and blah cheese? Believe it or not, that's what I'd be looking for, as my dd6 is THE MOST picky eater and she'd like that. I like to know our options for our trip. (She actually thinks that's mexican food ! )

Thanks! I couldn't believe the line either. All of the other trips we just walked right on. I guess the refurb was good for it.

It had chicken in it, but it had no flavor, so she won't even know it's in there! I'm sure you can probably get them to leave the chicken out though, I don't see why not? But yeah, it's pretty bland, so if that's what she likes, she'll love it! And it came with plain nachos and cheese to dip them in.

And yep, Disney only sells Coke products, and Dasani is made by Coke. So it all works out perfect for me!

Well our Valentine's Day was nice. Darren got me a heart necklace, a card, a dozen red roses, and chocolate covered strawberries!
He was really surprised at all the decorations I had set up, I think he liked it.
I hope everyone's day was good. I have a busy weekend, my friend is coming to set up our alarm tomorrow, I have to make party favors for Darren's aunt's baby shower, we might boil crawfish, I have to make a dessert for the baby shower, PLUS the baby shower is on Sunday...We went shopping today for the shower. It's a girl! I love buying baby things!!

u mean to the message board size? if so hit "options" above where u upload pics to and hit the message board button. it will make all your pics the same size.
then u go into bulk and upload everything. make sure to hit save after you pick the size.

yeah, it did suck. But, we got some really good news on Friday. Chris works in law enforcement (he's a deputy) and has been working nights at the local jail. Well, he got word that he will be moving to field operations (which means he'll either be in a car all day or doing court security). So, starting feb 24th he'll be on a normal day schedule . No more working nights or weekends! I'm so glad. Plus we had friends in town from florida until Sunday so they celebrated with us. Chris got me a stuffed pooh valentine bear and a new planning notebook from the disney store and then he surprised me with a new digital camera So, yeah...we had a great weekend despite not getting to spend valentine's day together. Chris is going to be getting a new tattoo in about a week or so, so that is my present to him. How romantical right?

Saturday, January 26th. Day 2. Part 1

Today is Animal Kingdom day!!! My second favorite park, besides Magic Kingdom...I was kind of dreading it today a little, because I said I would try to be brave and face Everest....Eeek!

So we got up at 8am. Darren went to get breakfast while I got ready. I had the child's pancakes, Darren got a cinnamon roll and apple slices with caramel. Everything was good.

We took a picture before leaving:

And off we went to the bus stop. We got on the AK bus, and arrived around 9:45.

The tree! And awww, look at the newlyweds.

Dinoland!

On the way to Dinosaur, we saw Goofy and Pluto dancing with a Castmember.

I love Dinosaur, and I've been on it a number of times, but I ALWAYS duck at that very last Dinosaur. It never fails, I can't control it. Not the one they take your picture on, but the one that you stop in front of and it blows air in your face. I'm a big ole' chicken LOL.

Here's our redneck ride picture. I forgot to crop it and blow it up, but you can kinda see us in the very back:

When we got out of Dinosaur, guess what greets us? Rain! So we stop under that little roofed area to dig out our ponchos.

Darren's dad had his on backwards LOL

Guess what's next? Fastpasses...For Expedition Everest. As we're walking there, I'm thinking 'Please let the ride be down, let them be out of Fastpasses, SOMETHING.' Yeah, I work myself up and end up being more nervous than need be, but hey, that's half the fun, right? (Actually, I don't believe that one bit! HAHA)

Anyway, all my wishing didn't work. (They lie to you in that song lol)

Sooo, will I ride or bail out at the last minute?? You may be shocked by the outcome, but don't be mad! Sorry such a mini update, but I'm on my lunch break. I'll try to update again after work!

Yeah, we're very happy about that.

I suppose it can. He's getting the Rebellion logo from Star Wars but the tops of it that are supposed to be points will be mickey ears instead. It's a disney pin that I found. So, at least it's disney in some way.
