Picture posting question

Are we still able to post pics to the DIS gallery? I was there but I don't see the option to post a new pic.

<font color=navy>I just checked, and on the right is the login link. When I logged in, I got the links to upload, etc.

I just checked mine and my pics are loaded into another member's pics, my profile is empty.

Ok, I'm going to claim ignorance on this because I don't know what else to do. I logged in and went to the Community Photo section. There was no "Upload" link, but when I went to my "Favorites", there was a download button.

What am I missing?
