And the dish is: Pho - Lemon grass scented broth, poached shrimp, rice noodles, tranditional Vietnamese garnishes (from AllEars.net).

Had that last time down. Add a bit of the chilis, a bit of the fish sauce...yummah!

Saw this guy hangin out on Tom Sawyers island.

Lovely Anhinga Bill- I don't recall ever seeing one around there before. There are a couple of them at a lake I freequent with the camera- very interesting birds. Here is another.
