You've got some incredible pictures, I'm glad you decided to come over here and start sharing! :wizard:

I really like this one - I tried a similar picture at Epcot with the small aperature and longer exposure, but the foreground wasn't nearly as impressive... nice work on this one ::yes:: :thumbsup2 Did you use any filters? Tripod, right?

Thanks a bunch Joe. I typically post my shots on the DL POTD thread but decided I needed to branch out as time permits. ;)

This shot was done using a Cokin Z-Pro GND filter (.6). It was a very bright day so I still needed to use an aperture of f/22 and ISO 100. The resulting shutter was 1/5. No tripod was used but I was able to stabilize myself against a railing. :)

LaLa,
Where do you stand to take this picture at EE? I cannot ride this but my DGDs can and I would love to get their picture coming down.

Tks!

I stood by the wall, right in front of the drop. Just where you come out of the shop at the end of EE.

I balanced the camera on wall and I pressed the shutter button on the camera as soon as I saw the flash of the camera on the ride, just when the train is about to come out of the tunnel.

By the time the camera takes the pic, its in perfect position.

Circusgirl - Nice character shot! :)

minidreamin - Awesome Epcot pic! :wizard:

scrapbookersdis - Love this pic of Gopher (and how appropriate that a 'Windsday' pic be posted on a Wednesday :thumbsup2 )!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

And finally, to Groucho, Gdad, minidreamin, and anyone else who may be headed to WDW this weekend, HAVE A MAGICAL TRIP!!!! :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard:
