A rainy day at the Magic Kingdom is better than a sunny day at home!

This was Aug 2011. The skies opened up and poured buckets. It was one of our first days, and our first day in MK. Dh and I sat at the train station on rockers waiting for it to let up a bit before heading to the buses. We let our daughters play in the rain---they were already wet - why not?

OK, this may not exactly be a Disney pic, but with all the rainy pics lately I figured I'd throw this in. I took this during my trip to WDW in October. While sitting on our balcony of the Bay Lake Tower a lightning storm appeared off in the distance. The storm never came close to us so we never had to take cover. This was my first time being able to try photographing lightning, so I was just giddy when I saw that I had captured this one.

Well, apparently some people can't take a little rain...
Better?
Jud

Thank you Jud, Yes, I do feel better... I've ordered sunshine and blue skies for our next trip a week and a half away... ALL those rainy pictures were scaring me! :scared1:

Well, I figured I would put all the rain on here, but if you want me to use up all the sunshine and blue skies, so be it!

:dance3:

Just LOVE the gardens and landscaping at WDW :cloud9:

It so nice to see flowers in the winter months (this was taken in March 2008)

Epcot, Japan - Aug 2011

and I have to agree...A rainy day in WDW is better than a snowy day in Ontario...and more fun!
