Yep, We saw him at a sci-fi con in Detroit a few years before he died.. appeared that the Alzheimer's was starting then.. sad... we loved his ST character..

My wife has fond memories of watching "The Christmas Toy" during the Holidays, when she was younger. I never even heard of the movie until she was asking me about it last year. And of course, we "had" to buy it. *rolls eyes*

Nowayears, we usually watch "A Christmas Story" and "Elf" quite a bit. I also try to sneak in my beloved "Home Alone" in that rotation.

But what do you like to watch????

Thanks Jud & NLD for the kind words.

Growing up I had a great family, but not many resources. We did not have an opportunity to take any family trips. This past August, my wife and I took my mother, sister, brother in law, 2 nephews, and our niece on their first WDW vacation. My mom had the opportunity to see Disney with her children and grand children. It was a great vacation, and we have some fantastic life long memories.
