For me, the drivers have always seemed like they were part of a conspiracy to keep the lions from being discovered...

Sure seems like it, just when you get to something like the lions or get fleeting glance of the baby elephant or something, suddenly its pedal to the medal and the driver starts to channel Mario Andretti.

Ok cheating, but I had another decent lion shot, although the camera did a better job of focusing on the rocks than the lion.
