Nicest pic of that I've seen to date: but it is still wrong! That top parapet has no justification by any practical or aesthetic standard- and would be very unstable.

Sorry- just offends my sensibilities.

This is an interesting shot, wonder why the reflections of the fireworks do not match the one in the sky. If you look from the left, it is especially true of the first and fourth burst.

Don't think I have seen that occur before.

I have seen plenty of fantasy art with pics of towers like that on it. It would depend on who they had as the artist, Boris or Julie would design that. Or one of the Hildebrands. Maybe Mobeuis, God rest him, would do that kind of style. They may have looked at the kind of art for inspiration.
