picture of 2014 table service receipt

Does anyone who had a deluxe dining plan during 2014 have a picture of a table service receipt showing adult and children meals used and number of meals remaining ?

deluxe dining plan receipts don't show different credit amounts..it just shows total deluxe credits. Adult and Child aren't shown separately like they are on the regular DP

That's what I thought, but the 2014 deluxe dining plan brochure shows a sample receipt with adult table service and children table service separated.
So I thought it had changed this year?
