picky kids at Teppanyaki

Have any of you had picky kids at Teppanyaki? Do they have anything like mac and cheese or chicken strips? We have ate there before and LOVE it. This is probably or kids favorite restaurant, they are healthy eaters! But this time we are going with a party of 13, and some of the little kids are picky eaters. Thanks

The kids menu at Teppanyaki only had a choice between chicken and beef, as I recall. There may have been shrimp, too. It was all served in the Japanese style. The kids meals come with fresh fruit and rice, if that helps. (And ice cream for dessert.) You might check out Deb Wills' site -- she has menus listed. (WDWIG.com)

WDWmama is right. They only have the regular japanese style kids meal with beef, chicken or shrimp My kids love it though, and they can be picky. They love shrimp though, and devour this meal. They even get ice cream at the end. There is rice and veggies too. Its really yummy!

We have learned that our picky Ds will eat at Japanese steak houses if we ask for no sauce on the meat. They still cook it right on the grill ,just plain. We have not eaten at the one at WDW but all our local places will do this. Also I have been told that the rice at the WDW one is steamed, not fried as most Japanese stlye resturants are, so be prepared for this.
