Thankfully, we had a nice weather Thursday. Friday it rained all day-- I was really disappointed. I've never been up North in the Spring but I expected it to be sunny with flowers and bunnies and deer but instead it was rainy and gray. 
Saturday was the shower and it was so nice!! The house we had it in was gorgeous and the food was very good. We got so many nice things which is good considering our house is really not furnished at all. Seriously. We have like a couch, some plates, a TV, a computer, and a bed. 
I will post some pictures of the house and other stuff when I get them uploaded. We flew home Sunday but by this point I had a cold. I slept on the plane, wrote all my thank you notes (I'm a beast!) and went to bed. I woke up Monday morning with a fever of 103 and felt like I had the flu. So I stayed home. I went back to school today- it was okay, but I could barely talk and popped Advil like it was going out of style. I think I need to go to the doctor though.

No warm weather here either!! I expected to come home to my beloved 80 degree weather but instead it's in the low 60s and 50s! I'm sure that's mild to you Northerners but for a Florida girl, I need a heavy sweatshirt, shoes, socks and sometimes gloves!

That's probably good- plus you can save money for your WDW trip!!!!I would take your weather right now. Its in the 40s here. It won't warm up til the end of the month/early May.

Oh Honu.. I really hope you feel better. That sounds like it's taking a lot out of you. You just rest and feel better. Hopefully your Doctor will be able to help. Regardless, it's going to be okay and you will be tumor free. Keep your chin up. I haven't talked to my doctor yet, I just sent in a request for my phone appointment so hopefully he'll be able to shed some light on things. Based on some blood work we had done last week, it's a little concerning. My body was producing very little cortisol 3 days after surgery, which was awesome! Just what we were looking for. But over the next 6 days, it started ramping up production again. Not as high as it was before surgery, but higher than what we expected to see this soon. We're going to have to wait and see how it plays out over the next few months. That combined with the replacement hormones is really doing a number on my body. That's what's making me feel so horrible.
