Photopass question - desperate for help

We did the whole Disney Photo Pass thing and somehow ended up with two. Well my Mom went in to look at the pictures before we got home and now can't remember the password she put in and she entered her e-mail address wrong (she isn't very computer savy) so we can't have them e-mail her the password again. Now I'm locked out of my own pictures. I've e-mailed the photopass thing and they are seeing what they can find. Does anyone have any other ideas on how I might get these precious pictures back???

have you tried to reenter the card information and set up a new account?

maybe disney can reset the account set up.

other things are to try the various combinations of the password.

We e-mailed Disney and they FOUND my pictures.
