Photopass pre-purchase question

Ok, I may have been a complete idiot, but maybe I'm missing something. I bought the Photopass CD on a pre-purchase before the price went up [got it for $99] and held on to it until my trip some months later. Now, when I go to get my CD made and shipped to me, they are asking me for the additional $$ to make the total price $169+shipping. What did I do wrong? I don't see anything in my purchase confirmation that says I had to have requested the CD by the date the price went up Anyone else run into this? Were you able to get the CD at the price you purchased or did you owe the difference. TIA, my photos expire tomorrow so I have to get this solved....

Did you put in the code they gave you when you purchased it? The 169 price is for photo pass plus and that has a code in the CD case that they sent, you must put in that code to get the CD.
If you just purchased the regular photopass you will find a code in the email they sent with your confirmation.
