What happens if it doesn't arrive in time? We leave on Sunday, so it needs to come in today or tomorrow. At this point I'm assuming it got lost? Can I just show them the confirmation/shipping email?

Yes. You need the original e-mail, they can find your order with that. Happened to me as well. Sometimes the CD just takes ages. Mine back then took 2 months to arrive.
