O
I suspect this may make the photopass photographer lines longer because where I used to often just rely on the photopass for our full family shots and only for shots I really would have been upset if I lost would I hand them my camera. Now, I will be handing my camera to each and every photopass photographer to get pictures on it because I won't pay $200. I might pay for a day if some of their shots are a whole lot better than the ones on my camera (probably try to do all our night shots in both parks on one day as those are the ones that don't come out as well on my camera).
Yes. But not every ride. The website should list the specific rides.Does the new one day photopass include ride photos from that day if you put them on the card?
(Bolding is mine.) On our last trip I hadn't planned on buying the PP+ at all, but we unexpectedly ended up being able to meet 'n' greet with Rapunzel and Flynn. When we walked in I asked the photog to take pics on my camera and he told me, "Okay, but I can only take one." He then proceeded to take about 25 shots on his camera. My daughter was so thrilled by the whole experience (and Rapunzel and Flynn made it SO special for her) that I walked out of there compelled to buy the PhotoPass.
And then I had similar experiences with the, "Okay, but only one or two," and then they hand it back and use their own camera. By far, the very best photos came from the PP photogs. (And I don't mean in quality because I have a really good camera. I mean that they purposely waited for all the best shots/poses when they had their own cameras in hand.)
I don't blame them. It's a business. That's why they're there. But I'm just suggesting that you may not be able to rely on the PP photogs with the hand-it-over plan.
Yes. You just need to ask the PP photographer the photo #, and you add it to your account like a ride photo. You just do not get a printed package. If I upgrade to a Signature Annual Passport, does the Photopass download include pictures taken at the Plaza Inn character meal?
Yes. There are kiosks where the ride photo redemption is. You can take a pic of the ride photo # or ask a CM at the kiosk to write it down for you. You just add the # to the PP account (make sure to include the letter that comes before the #).How do you put the ride photos on the card? Do they still have the desks after the ride that when you find you ride picture # you go there and they put it on right there? We are taking out first trip to DL in May. We have been to WDW many times but they use the magic bands and memory maker which is different.
How does the attraction photo that comes with a Disneyland hotel package work?Yes. You just need to ask the PP photographer the photo #, and you add it to your account like a ride photo. You just do not get a printed package.

They give you a voucher for a print. How does the attraction photo that comes with a Disneyland hotel package work?
They give you a voucher for a print.
If you have an attraction photo you want, give the kiosk your voucher and they will print a copy.
You can do this as well, you just need to keep track of your attraction photo #'s.Can you do this at the photo shops or just at the actual attractions? Thanks!
I've only done Photopass for one picture ever, at the Christmas tree in front of Main Street Station, which I then bought the digital copy of later. If I get a Photopass card from the photographer like I did last time, meaning I did not pre-purchase or purchase at the park, can I add ride photos to that that I can purchase online later?
This has changed a bit since the last time I even thought about looking into it.
You need to keep track of all of the ride numbers of whether you have a PP card or not...these are loaded separately. When you log into your PP account, you have the option to add PP cards, or the ride/character meal photo numbers (make sure you enter the letter in front of the ride photo # as well). They will all appear in your account with the watermark. If you choose the PP+ one day, the watermark will go away from the dates photos you select.Does anyone know the answer to my question?
I might buy a ride photo later as I don't really like to dilly dally in the parks taking one back to our locker, risk it getting bent, etc.

Yes. This is how it works since they updated the PP website a month or so ago. It was not always like this where the ride photos were concerned. So even if I don't pick up a PP card at all and I have a PP account (I do), I can buy the ride photos later as long as I can enter in the photo# with the letter into the PP website?
If so, I never knew this!
