Photopass Groups

I tried to use the Search function...but it's still not working right - at least for me!!

Last summer when I went to Disneyland I joined a Photopass group where we all uploaded our pictures to one area and then someone ordered one CD and we all split the cost - and she copied the main disc for all of us and sent them out (that was factored into the cost of course). It worked out WONDERFULLY and I'd love to join another group like this for my upcoming trip. I've looked back a number of pages and didn't see anything... I thought it was this area of the forums that I found it last time. Does anyone know if these still happen??

yes it dose, i just did it for my nov trip. Um did you look at the photo board. and what are you'll dates?

I didn't even THINK to look in the photography area! I'll look there now. My dates are May 27-Jun 1!

I checked a number of pages in the photography threads and didn't see anything there either. Without the search function it's like looking for a needle in a haystack!

Most people post their photopass share threads in the Budget Board section. Most of those people are going to WDW. Since one could go to DLR and WDW in short succession and use the same photopass CD for both of them (if a short enough time between) it doesn't seem there's a reason you couldn't jump in with a group over there.

But the one photopass share I participated in was organized here on the DLR forum. A few people started talking about it (on another message board, actually), brought it over here, and we got a group!
