photopass for dvc members-50% off code?

someone posted on another forum here that with the new photopass preorder price of $99, that there is a code for dvc members to get 50% off of that price. does anyone know where to find it? i looked on the dvc site and saw nothing. i found the 20% off code on the other forum,but would love to get 50% off that price!

You need to call Member Services to ask for the $50 off photopass code. They will email it to you sometime that day.

It definitely works. I did it on Friday for my May trip. Go to the pre-order link for Photopass. Order the cd for $99 and in the box for Promorions/Codes, you put the cide emailed to you ny Member Services. Voila! A Photopass cd for $49.95.

I'm confused. I received a code from MS prior to my trip for $50 off the price of $149 bringing the total to $99. Do you get two promotion codes to receive the $49 price?

You can only get the code form MS when your trip is within 45 days. No one knows how long they will continue giving out the PP code now that PP has made the pre-order price available to everyone again.

I'd bet anybody a cup of coffee that DVC was suppose to stop sending out those codes just as soon as the old discount (pre-buy) deal went back into play.

Let's hope it holds out until June when I hit my 45 day mark!!!

We are within 45 days of one trip but I would rather use the photopass for a later trip. Can I use the codes to get the pre-order and save it until the later trip? It says that the credit does not expire just the pictures. I'd hate to miss out on a great deal if it's possible to do this.

Just ordered mine, woohoo! I wasn't going to do it for the $99 but was more than happy to do it with the DVC discount. It will be so nice to have pics with all of us in them for a change.
