Photopass Cd

Hi,
So, last time we went to disney (last year), as far as i knew (and i miss a lot of stuff, i'm just that way) I don't think they had the photopass cd. This year, i found out about it. I was wondering if any of you have done this and what you would advise in terms of it being "worth it". My husband had the sound advice of waiting to see if the pics were any good to begin with....can you even preview the pics first before you buy the cd? Let me know whatyour experience with this cd thing has been, please!

IMO it's worth it if you plan on buying pictures at all. One 5x7 cost you 12.95. You start adding pics up and you have cost of CD in no time. Yes you can preview pics before buying CD, Any of parks camera places can show you your pics taken in that park, The CD burning places can show you all pics on photopass. You still can view the pictures online by going to photopass site and you can buy pictures and still get cd.

The cost of CD gives you a "permit" to take CD anywhere (walmart, Walgreens, Target, etc.) and have pictures printed

It's worth it if you have a ton of pictures on the cd. My husband and I stopped at every single photopass location we saw. We had over 100 pictures on the cd and the cd costs about that much. So for us, it was really worth it and we got some really wonderful shots at spots all over WDW. If we hadn't used photopass the only pictures we'd have together on our honeymoon would be the ones you take yourself...y'know where you hold your arm way out and hope both your faces make it into the frame?! We DO have a lot of those, but the photopass pictures are our favorites!!

My DF and I just got back from WDW on the 23rd. There were a lot of photopass people out and about near all the big attractions and with most of the characters. The pictures turned our wonderfully! We stopped at almost everyone we saw and even went back during different times of the day to get different lighting. We spoke with the guy who sold us our CD and he said that they want to have someone with every character and are waiting to expand the program but the cameras are backordered. The CD was definitely worth it for us because we ended up with 137 pics. The best piece of advice I can give you is to try and do some different poses. My favorite one is when my DF surprised me and kissed me in the pic...it's so candid and my smile is huge.

The price of the disc is 99.95 and it holds about 300 pics. In Aug, I spent 200dollars on pics including the disc. I wanted borders on some of my pics so I purchased 4 5x7's and had 75 pics on the disc which worked out to be 1.33 per pic. In Dec, I had 125 pics on my disc which worked out to be .80 per pic. Both prices are before tax. You can also choose to purchase a movie or a book from the website.

we got a dvd done with our photopass pic'it was alot cheaper and really alot of fun to watch it has the pic's you want on it and they do it with music and all the characters are in it goofy will walk into your pic and say something about it and make jokes it is really nice it shows the four parks in the background while your pictures are apearing .

yes you can... and make sure to tell the photographer you are buying the cd.. he will take close up and far away pics... it makes it worth it! Don't forget to ask for the tink pics on Main St Magic Kingdom.. also... It will hold a lot.. the first mine held 312 pics and this past time.. we have 230!

i think you can get 125 pic's on it you make it when you get home you put the pic's where you want and they do the rest the cd you are paying for the copy rights you still have to get them printed the dvd is done you just enjoy it i showed it to everyone and they loved it and ask how they do that the things on it are great like goofy will be painting a picture in a frame and it will be you he is painting all with disney music and live park action going on in the background. sorry for rambling on lol i got it the mickey cnd on one of the threads in here if you want the site i can find it and give you it
