Photography Question

I am planning a Halloween themed vow renewal and turns out my DH and I aren't able to budget a DFTW like we were hoping. Considering it will most likely be just the two of us, we will be booking our ceremony at Leu Gardens hopefully on Halloween day (2014) then opting for a nice dinner then attending MNSSHP that night. We also plan on making reservations for the Terrace Dessert Party so we can watch the fireworks. Here's my question. I know we can't use outside photographers in the parks and what not, but what about around the resort itself? I am wishing to have some pictures shot at a few nice locations but I am wondering if this is allowed? Anyone?

Around the resorts, you can use any photographer you wish. Restrictions are only in the parks.
