I do keep my point and shoot with me all the time! And I do have a picture of an F-14 jet that I would like to use for armed forces, but I don't know how to get it out of my phone!!!

Went camping a couple times in the last couple weeks and took the camera with me. Missed out on a whole bunch because it's not waterproof but I did what I could.....

Thanks. It's in May's Landing, NJ not to far from Atlantic City. The park is called Winding River Campground. You could bang out like 20 items for the scavenger hunt in a weekend there......or just have fun with you're family

Yesterday I went to our Royal Queensland Show which is held every year for 10 days in August. It is also called The Exhibition, or, as we do here in Australia, it is shortened to The Ekka...!!! No use using extra syllables when everyone knows what you mean!!
It has been held since 1876 to promote and encourage the development
of the agricultural, pastoral, horticultural, industrial, manufacturing and cultural resources of the state of Queensland.
It's slogan is "Where the City meets the Country", and as kids we loved going every year. I guess it's like a State Fair - there are rides, junk food, farm animals, tractors, all sorts of things we city slickers rarely get to see. Judging of cattle, sheep, goats, chickens, dogs, cats, horses take place, plus auctions of the cattle as well!
I was able to get a lot of scavenger hunt items which thrilled me no end!! Here we go...

(This is an Australian Rugby Union jersey signed by former captain John Eales. The team is nicknamed the Wallabies, or at the moment it's the Wanna-be's - they aren't winning too many games at the moment!!! It was framed and behind glass, hence the reflections - oops!!)

(This was a tricky one! I don't catch trains very often and the clocks seem to have been replaced with LCD screens..!! This one is outside South Brisbane station - hope this is OK.)

This was a beautiful hibiscus - there was a whole table of these that were almost the size of dinner plates!)

(This lady was making side saddles. They were works of art, but I couldn't get much closer - there were too many people watching!)
